During the spring, senior SCUA Field Experience students, Elissa Ukhueligbe and Elena Mendenhall, were able to spend time in the Preservation and Conservation Division talking to conservator Audrey Sage. They learned about aspects of preservation and were able to spend time learning about book structure and bookbinding. They were very excited to make a book from start to finish while in the lab.
